Little Pickle Delicatessen in Kingsbridge south Devon are an artisanal deli & cafe that were after a strong brand that stood out.

Having one been a thriving delicatessen many years ago, subsequent owners had not been able to rekindle that popularity so when the new owners of the space took over, they knew they needed something that made them pop!

With a pastel green colour being the only desired inclusion, OLIVER JONES DESIGN was tasked with coming up with a brand and logo that captured the new owners passion and gave them that visual platform to build on.

The logo aimed to capture the artisanal feel of the business whilst also adding a little fun. The name Little Pickle was conjured up by the owners daughter so that playfulness just had to have a place.

The logo was then hand painted onto the shop front and interior so further stamp that hand crafted feel that sets Little Pickle apart. A repeat initial pattern was created for use on printed materials and food wrappings. Simple 2 colour menus were designed and other touch points such as stickers for food packaging were also created.

Little Pickle may only be a small business but its visual impact packs a BIG punch!
